Ultra premium blanco tequila is made from agaves which have been aged for a minimum of 9 years, slow cooked, distilled and then triple filtrated.

Clase Azul Plata tequila is bright, crisp, and fresh with smooth, irresistible notes with a touch of sweetness. A sublime experience for the senses.

• The colour is clear, bright with silver highlights
• A light to medium body
• Fresh aromas of orange, lemongrass, and mint. Hints of vanilla, green apple, and green tea
• Flavours of vanilla, meyer lemon, fresh mint, and a hint of green guava

Pair Clase Azul Plata tequila with citrus-marinated white fish. Also try fresh cheeses like panela and mozzarella as well as some aged cheeses such as Grana Padano, then serve with cherry tomatoes and chimichurri (cilantro, oregano, and basil). Finally indulge in ripe strawberries with white chocolate.

Clase Azul is located in San Francisco, California but the tequila is from Jalisco, Mexico. Where you may taste some of the finest tequila on the planet, due to it being at one of the highest points in the state of Jalisco which gives it a unique flavour unlike virtually any other tequila.

The magic of Clase Azul Plata tequila transcends beyond the outstanding quality of its tequila. Its beautiful ceramic decanter is made and painted by hand by Mexican artisans, making each one of them a unique piece.
