Bivrost Midgard Whisky Ninth Release

The ninth and final release from the Bivrost nine worlds of Norse mythology limited-edition series. Handcrafted under the glow of the Northern Lights, at the foot of the majestic Lyngen Alps, at 69 °N. Made from Nordic barley, fermented with glacial meltwater from the Lyngen Alps and distilled in their hi-tech still. This is a fusion of modern distilling technology and tradition.

The ninth release from Bivrost showcases the realm where humanity resides, nestled between the domains of the Aesir and the giants.

• Bivrost Midgard has been matured in mixture of European and American oak before being aged in Oloroso Sherry casks.
• The nose reveals Oriental spices, clove, and vanilla intertwined with dried fruits and a touch of Sandalwood.
• The palate boasts a substantial, oily body, concluding with a long finish accompanied by a subtle hint of oak sherried undertones and dried fruits.
