Oliver's Gold Rush Anniversary Blend is a sparkling, medium dry, barrel-aged cider. It is a blend of Yarlington Mill, Dabinett, Foxwhep and Michelin cider apples.

- Sweet & spicy on the nose with notes of dried figs, baked apple, marmalade, vanilla, smoky bacon and charred wood.
- A rich mouthfeel with high tannin balanced by sweet mandarin citrus fruit.
