Pol Roger Rose Vintage Champagne 2015

The Pol Roger Rose Vintage Champagne 2015 is based on the Brut Vintage (60% pinot noir, 40% chardonnay). They then add, before the bottling and second fermentation, approximately 15% of still red wine (pinot noir). This comes from the best crus of the Montagne de Reims. Only limited quantities, ageing in their cellars before releasing onto the market.
