Ventisquero Grey Glacier Sauvignon Blanc 

This single-block Sauvignon Blanc is grown in the Longomilla vineyard, located in Chile’s remote Atacama Desert near the Pacific. Ventisquero is a family-owned winery producing wines from all corners of Chile, with a strong focus on sustainability. Grapes are hand-harvested and selected under the direction of winemaker Felipe Tosso, with no oak used in production.

Fermentation takes place at low temperatures to preserve varietal purity and express the desert’s unique coastal terroir. The wine is aged on lees for ten months with regular battonage to enhance texture and depth. It is suitable for vegetarians and made with estate-grown fruit.
