This light-bodied Moscato is made in Chile’s Itata Valley, a cool-climate region known for its old vines and fresh styles. Santa Alba is produced by Viña Alto Roble, a winery founded in 1993 with a focus on expressive, approachable wines.
Grapes are hand-harvested and pressed immediately to preserve aromatics, then fermented at cool temperatures. The wine is unoaked and aged briefly on lees in stainless steel. It is vegan and vegetarian friendly, with a naturally sweet profile and gentle fizz.
