Produced from no less than 22 individually vinified parcels of their own vineyards, entirely in Bouzy; a celebrated Grand Cru village on the southern slopes of the Montagne de Reims, whose pinot noir is famed for its brilliance.
Along with neighbouring Ambonnay this is the centre of Champagne’s pinot noir universe. As an estate with over 200 years of history, the Paillard’s have a wonderful holdings of old vines. Planted to a complex mixture of their own selection Massale and Burgundian Pinot Noir Fin.
