The Jacquesson Cuvee No 746 Extra Brut Champagne is a blend of wines from 2018, completed with approximately 30% Vins de Reserve, which was stored in the cellar for several years. For this blend, 43% Chardonnay, 27% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier was selected.
Champagne gold in colour. An elegant nose, with notes of ripe apple, yellow fruit and minerals. Dry, elegant and fruity, with a minty, herby palate. A long and complex finish.
Perfect served as an aperitif, or paired with oysters, light seafood dishes, and creamy soups.
