Catena Appellation La Consulta Malbec is produced by Bodega Catena Zapata, one of Argentinian's most respected and pioneering estates. The Catena family has been making wine in Mendoza since 1902 and is known for championing high-altitude viticulture.
This wine is made from 100% Malbec grown in the La Consulta subregion of the Uco Valley. The vineyard sits at 1,095 metres above sea level and benefits from intense sunlight and cool nights. Aged for 12 months in French oak, it is certified vegan and reflects the estate’s commitment to sustainable practices.
