Produced by Boutinot, the fruit is sourced from vineyards across Marlborough’s Wairau Valley, including Rarangi, Rapaura and the southern valleys. Vines are grown on VSP trellises and harvested for optimal flavour. Fermentation is cool and parcel-specific, with no oak used to preserve freshness and purity.
