Bowmore Whisky Bojito Cocktail

Vessel: Highball
Ice: Crushed
Garnish: Mint

Ingredients:
50ml Bowmore 12 Year Old Single Malt Whisky
1Bar spoon sugar
½ Lime cut into segments
8-10 Mint leaves
Chilled soda water to top up

Method:
Muddle lime segments and sugar together in glass, add mint and GENTLY crush.
Fill glass with crushed ice, add Bowmore and gently churn with bar spoon. Top with soda water and garnish with a mint sprig.

A twist on the classic Mojito with the influence of Bowmore Whisky
