We have teamed up with Chase Distillery to give you some amazing cocktails recipes and perfect serves so you can still enjoy that bar experience at home. Lets make the best out of Isolation! #StrongerTogether

Chase Rhubarb & Bramley Apple Gin with ginger:

50ml Chase Rhubarb & Bramley Apple Gin

Ginger beer top

Simply combine ingredients over plenty of cubed ice. Stir gently and garnish with a thinly sliced apple fan.

Chase Chocolate Martini:

40ml Chase Original Potato Vodka 

15ml Sugar Syrup

25ml Dark Homemade Chocolate Ganache (recipe below)

To make the ganache, use a 2:1 ratio of cream to chocolate. Measure 200g of double cream into a pan with vanilla essence and heat until nearly boiling. Pour over broken up chocolate and stir until smooth and leave to cool.

To make the cocktail, add all ingredients into a shaker with cubed ice. Shake until thoroughly combine and cool. Double strain into a martini glass and garnish with a little grated chocolate.

Chase Pink Grapefruit & Thyme Martini:

30ml Chase Pink Grapefruit & Pomelo Gin 

10ml Chase Elderflower Liqueur 

40ml Fresh pink grapefruit juice 

20ml Lemon Juice A handful of fresh thyme 

20ml Sugar syrup

Add all ingredients (keeping a sprig of thyme to garnish) in a cocktail shaker with cubed ice and shake until well combined. Double strain into a coupe or martini glass and garnish with leftover fresh thyme.

Chase Elderflower & Cucumber Collins:

50ml Chase Hedgerow Elderflower Gin 

4 Slices of Cucumber 

15ml Fresh Lemon Juice 

10ml Sugar Syrup Soda Top

Add all ingredients except the soda to a cocktail shaker, muddle ingredients until thoroughly combined. Double strain into a high ball glass filled with cubed ice. Top with soda and garnish with a ribbon of cucumber.
