Established in 2016, the Asaka distillery draws upon centuries of expertise in traditional Japanese spirits. Nestled in the Koriyama Plain, the distillery harnesses the region's exceptional natural resources to perfect its craft. Yamazakura blended whisky has been ageing for three years in a trio of casks – first-fill bourbon, oloroso, and pedro ximenez sherry.
