Crafted by the esteemed Buffalo Trace Distillery. Named after William Larue Weller, a pioneer in bourbon history and praised for being the first to produce a wheated bourbon. This bourbon uses wheat in the mash bill which imparts a sweet and mellow character to the spirit.
- The nose opens with a symphony of caramel and vanilla. Followed by subtle notes of dried fruits, oak, and a touch of spice
- The palate is well-balanced, featuring sweet notes of honey, butterscotch, and toffee
- Gentle warmth develops on the finish
