Turon Gamay Hills Range

A vibrant, expressive red crafted from a single vineyard planted on well-drained clay soils scattered with shale fragments above a schist rock bed. Carefully handled in the winery, around 30% whole bunches are included during fermentation, with gentle hand pigeage to extract colour and flavour.

The wine is then matured with a small proportion of new French oak, adding subtle structure while preserving the lively fruit character that defines Gamay.

• Bright and energetic in the glass, this Gamay opens with lifted aromas of violets and fresh blackberry, accompanied by hints of red cherry and wild berries.
• On the palate it is light, juicy, and beautifully balanced, with a refreshing line of acidity that gives the wine vibrancy and lift. The fruit remains pure and expressive, supported by delicate spice and a soft texture.
