Torabhaig The Distillers' Series Iona's First Edition Single Malt Whisky

A limited-edition release celebrating the creativity of Torabhaig Distillery's whisky maker, Iona MacPhie. Part of the Distillers' Series, this unique expression reflects her inspiration from autumn walks across the Isle of Skye, shared with her dogs, a favourite dram and a bar of dark chocolate. Iona's artistic vision extends beyond the whisky itself, with the striking bottle artwork painted by her.

A first for Torabhaig, this single malt is crafted from unpeated Concerto barley with 10% chocolate malt and matured in a combination of sherry butts and bourbon casks. Bottled without chill filtration or artificial colouring, it delivers a rich, indulgent style while showcasing the distillery's innovative approach to Scotch whisky.

• Rich aromas of dark chocolate, roasted coffee, sweet raisins and toasted oak.
• Smooth and full-bodied with layers of cocoa, espresso, dried fruit and gentle oak spice, balanced by subtle sweetness.
