50 years ago, ten thousand Highlanders left Scotland for a new life down under. They took with them their unique Highland cattle, hoping that they would thrive in the rugged plains of Australia. They still graze there today and to honour these friendly, shaggy red-haired beasts, this wine has been named after them.
The Heilan Coo is a blend of 85% Shiraz and 15% Mataro. It is full of plush red fruit, supported by gentle touches of clove, spice and chocolate notes.
