Suntory Yamazaki 25 Year Old Whisky

One of the oldest aged statements from Japan oldest distillery. Suntory Yamazaki 25 year old whisky has been ageing for a minimum of 25 years in a combination of sherry, American oak and Japanese mizunara casks.

  • The nose is a harmonious blend of rich, seasoned oak. A subtle interplay of dried fruits, such as figs and dates. Layers of dark chocolate, leather, and a touch of incense add complexity to the aromatic profile
  • The palate is a symphony of flavours. Enjoy a velvety smoothness and a delightful combination of honeyed sweetness, spiced orange peel, and hints of roasted nuts. The influence of Mizunara oak brings forth a distinctive sandalwood character, enhancing the whisky's uniqueness
  • The finish is exceptionally long-lasting, leaving a trail of lingering spices, oak, and a gentle smokiness
