Bottling this 31 year old Springbank was by independent bottlers, Douglas Laing as part of their Xtra Old Particular series. This Spingback 31 year old is from a single cask. Distilling in 1992 and maturing in a refill Hogshead before bottling in February 2024. Bottling was at a cask strength of 46.3% ABV.

On the nose, Springbank 31 year old offers intricate layers of gentle oak and a hint of salted biscuit. The palate is smooth and sophisticated, unfolding soft, subtle notes of peat and freshly milled malt grist, intertwined with the rich sweetness of maple syrup.
