The first introduction into the Springbank range. A widely desired Single Malt Whisky from the Campbeltwon region of Scotland. Matured in a combination of Sherry and Ex-Bourbon casks Springbank 10 Year Old is bottled at 46% ABV.
On the nose, it offers a delightful medley of malt sweetness, accompanied by hints of citrus fruits and vanilla. The first sip reveals a well-balanced combination of briny sea salt, subtle peat smoke, and a touch of oak, creating a complex and layered profile.
As the whisky develops on the palate, notes of honey and toffee emerge, adding a delightful sweetness. The finish is medium to long, with a lingering warmth.
