Sipsmith London Dry Gin is a handcrafted spirit made in Chiswick, West London. It was the first copper pot distillery to open in the city in nearly 200 years, marking the start of the UK’s craft gin revival. Founded in 2009, Sipsmith set out to re-establish traditional gin-making in its birthplace.
The gin is distilled using a single-shot method and a classic botanical recipe that includes juniper, coriander, angelica, cassia, cinnamon, and citrus peel. Each batch is made with meticulous attention to detail, resulting in a bold, characterful gin that honours the London Dry tradition. It is suitable for vegans and made without artificial flavourings.
