Seghesio Sonoma County Zinfandel

A benchmark expression of California Zinfandel, blending fruit from a range of Sonoma County’s most respected sub-regions. Crafted under the guidance of winemaker Andy Robinson, it brings together multiple small-lot fermentations to create a wine defined by precision, balance and expressive fruit character.

A small addition of Petite Syrah enhances structure and depth, reinforcing Seghesio’s long-standing commitment to traditional Zinfandel blending while maintaining purity of fruit and vibrant drinkability.

• Deep ruby-purple with dense colour concentration. Expressive and aromatic, with lifted notes of raspberry, blueberry and ripe plum, layered with briary spice, mint and subtle floral tones.
• Juicy and vibrant on entry, showing a core of red and dark berry fruit. The mid-palate is soft and plush, balanced by supple tannins and bright acidity. Layers of spice and fresh fruit evolve with air.
• Long and structured, with lingering dark fruit, spice and a gentle herbal lift.

A versatile food wine, pairing well with grilled meats, barbecued dishes, tomato-based pasta and hard cheeses.
