Handmade in Hertfordshire, this rum was made from Scratch. A single rum completely unaged and unadulterated with notes of molasses, vanilla and cinnamon. Inspired by the best Jamaican white rums, Faithful Rum is a take on traditional white rum.
Scratch Rum run a long, slow molasses ferment, which helps to develop and build a complex flavour profile. They then double distil this in a pot still before blending it with natural water.
Scratch Unfaithful Rum is magical on its own or sumptuous in a wild mint mojito.
