Savian Organic Prosecco

This elegant Italian sparkling wine is crafted from 100 % organically grown Glera grapes in Veneto’s clay and limestone soils. Savian transitioned its vineyards to organic methods in the early 1990s, emphasising sustainable cultivation and ecological balance. Following careful grape selection, fermentation occurs at 14 °C to develop exceptionally fine perlage and delicate aromas. The wine’s production uses the Charmat method, preserving purity and freshness while achieving a refined texture and persistent mousse. The result is a light, lively spumante that reflects both tradition and modern organic principles.
