Saigon Baigur Premium Dry Gin is distilled in Ho Chi Minh City using 12 botanicals native to Vietnam. It is the first professional dry gin made in the city, crafted in copper pot stills and vapour-infused with lotus flower. The distillery, District 9 Distilling Company, draws inspiration from Vietnam’s rich culinary and botanical heritage.
The recipe includes Buddha’s Hand citrus, Saigon cinnamon, black cardamom, bird’s eye chilli and Phu Quoc peppercorn. Macedonian juniper and classic gin botanicals provide structure. The result is a bold, citrus-led gin that is suitable for vegans.
