Royal Brackla 12 year old whisky is a distinguished single malt with a regal history. Established in 1812, the Royal Brackla Distillery was the first to receive a Royal Warrant, granted by King William IV.
This whisky is crafted in the Highlands of Scotland, where it is distilled using traditional copper pot stills and aged for a minimum of 12 years in a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks. Bottled at 46% ABV.
On the nose, Royal Brackla 12 year old reveals a delightful bouquet of ripe orchard fruits, honey, and a hint of fresh-baked bread. The palate is full and rich, offering notes of golden apples, vanilla, and a touch of cinnamon. Complemented by the subtle sweetness of the sherry casks.
Hints of toffee and a delicate spiciness add depth. Leading to a smooth and warm finish with a touch of oak and dried fruits.
