Ross-on-Wye Shall We Take a Walk Through Time? Cider is a multi-varietal, multi-vintage blend of 2017 Foxwhelp, 2019 Ashton Bitter and 2021 Somerset Redstreak, brought together in 2022 to mature and harmonise through in-bottle fermentation. A refined and sophisticated drink which celebrates the limitless potential of wild fermented dry cider.
Pairs well with pork, poultry, summer salads or a cheese and charcuterie board.
