Rosemaund Farm Distillery 10 Year Old The Director's Cut is the third release from the Herefordshire farm distillery.
Made with English-grown Maris Otter barley, this 10-year-old single malt is shaped by bourbon casks, Oloroso sherry and virgin oak.
- The nose opens with baked red apple, orange zest and apricot, followed by warm toasted oak.
- The palate is rich and fragrant, with orchard fruit, red berries and malt layered with toasted oak and gentle baking spice.
- The finish is long and elegant, with lingering fruit, oak and warming spice creating a rich yet balanced conclusion.
Bottled at 48% ABV, the release comprises 3,000 individually numbered bottles.
