Rosemaund Farm Distillery 10 Year Old Orchard Cut is a limited release English single malt shaped by the orchards and farmland of Herefordshire.
Made with heritage Maris Otter barley, the whisky was matured for 10 years before nine bourbon casks were selected and married for this second release.
- The nose opens with fresh green apple, orchard blossom, cool cucumber skin, melon and soft vanilla.
- The palate is energetic and vibrant, with green citrus oils, fresh thyme, wild sorrel, white pepper and a buttery mouthfeel.
- The finish is fresh and slightly savoury, with lingering green fruit, gentle oak and soft spice.
Bottled at 47.5% ABV, The Orchard Cut is non-chill filtered and presented in its natural colour.
