Rockfield Elderflower Gin is a floral, citrus-led flavoured gin from Hereford’s Rockfield Spirits. This small-batch distillery is based in a former cider mill and brings a fresh, modern approach to gin-making. The distillery is located in the heart of Hereford, a city long associated with orchard fruit and craft drinks.
This gin is made with five core botanicals and infused with elderflower and lemon. It is distilled using traditional copper stills. Rockfield Elderflower Gin is part of the distillery’s Flavoured Gin Series and is suitable for vegans.
