This full-bodied red blend is crafted in South Africa’s Western Cape, using fruit from selected vineyards. The wine combines Pinotage, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon, fermented on skins and matured for three months on French oak staves. The result is a bold, smoky style designed to pair perfectly with grilled meats.
Produced by Douglas Green Winery, Rib Shack is certified by the Grillers Association and known for its robust, fruit-forward wines. The blend is smooth and approachable, with a muscular structure and subtle oak spice.
