The domaine has been certified organic since 2012 and incorporates biodynamic practices across its 9 hectares of vineyards in Santenay, Chassagne-Montrachet, Pommard, and Corton. François Lequin, now at the helm, focuses on minimal intervention and terroir expression.
The Pinot Noir is fermented with partial whole clusters and aged for 10 months in French oak barrels, only 10% of which are new. The result is a wine that balances freshness and structure, with vibrant fruit and subtle oak influence.
