Red Bank Whisky

This premium Canadian whisky hails from the rocky shores of Nova Scotia. It was co-founded by actor and musician Kiefer Sutherland, familiar to many as Jack Bauer. Master blender Michel Marcil built it around a core of Canadian wheat whisky. Helpings of corn and rye round it out into something balanced and smooth.

• The nose offers silky caramel and toasted grain, with oak char and a little rye spice.
• The palate is soft, with buttery caramel, flapjack, toasty cereal and a hint of caraway.
• It finishes on rich oak, toffee popcorn and a peppery kick.

Sip it neat, over ice, or stirred into a classic Old Fashioned. It pairs well with grilled steak, maple-glazed pork or a wedge of aged cheddar.
