Penrhos Cloudy Rhubarb Gin is a small-batch flavoured gin made in Herefordshire by Penrhos Spirits, a family-run distillery founded by two fruit-farming families. The distillery operates from a converted barn on Penrhos Farm and uses a CARL copper still named Connie, after the founder’s grandmother.
This gin is made by blending Penrhos Dry Gin with 250ml of pure raspberry red rhubarb juice. Botanicals include juniper, coriander, angelica, cardamom, hibiscus, rose and cherry blossom. It is certified vegan and vegetarian. The gin is bottled in 100% recycled aluminium, reducing carbon emissions by over 90% compared to glass.
