Penrhos Apple & Elderflower Gin is a small-batch flavoured gin made in Herefordshire by Penrhos Spirits, a family-run distillery based on a working fruit farm. The distillery was founded by two farming families and operates from a converted barn using a traditional copper still named Connie.
This gin is distilled with Penrhos Dry Gin and infused with homegrown apples, hedgerow elderflower, blueberries and cherry blossom. It is certified vegan and vegetarian. The result is a floral, orchard-inspired spirit that reflects the farm’s seasonal produce and sustainable ethos.
