• The Penderyn Madeira has aromas of toffee and vanilla, on the palate it's crisp and finely rounded. The finish is of tropical fruit, raisins and vanilla. 
• The Penderyn Peated on the nose, sweet aromatic smoke, notes of vanilla, green apple and citrus. On the palate an array of gentle flavours. The finish, smoke and vanilla linger.
• The Penderyn Sherry Wood has aromas of dark fruit, toffee, mingling with green apples and hazelnuts. On the palate a rich sweetness give way to refreshing dryness, the finish sweet notes of toffee and sultana persist.
