Passieno Vino D'Italia Lamberti
Produced in Veneto using grapes from southern Italy, this full-bodied red is made using the appassimento method. Lamberti blends wine from fresh grapes with wine made from grapes dried for 30 days, enhancing richness and depth.
The estate uses traditional techniques to create a smooth, fruit-forward style with layered complexity. Ageing takes place in barrique for one year, followed by refinement in large oak.
