This exceptional wine is a rich and expressive shiraz from Coonawarra wine region, crafted from 50-year-old vines rooted in the area's iconic terra rossa soils. Carefully matured for 16 months in French oak, with 20% new barrels, it delivers depth, complexity and elegance.
The wine opens with intense aromas of black plum, blackberry and liquorice, layered with vanillin cedar, bay leaf and pepper. The palate is lush and concentrated, offering dark fruit flavours balanced by savoury spice and polished tannins. A refined yet generous red, ideal for both immediate enjoyment and cellaring.
