A beautifully pure expression of perry pears, The Whole Truth is a limited-release pear eau de vie created from a blend of perry pears harvested in 2024. Produced by Oliver's Perry and distilled by master distiller Shaun Ward at Ludlow Distillery. This spirit begins life as a spontaneously wild-fermented perry. After a short maturation, the dry perry is carefully distilled in a column still to capture the true character of the fruit. The result is an exceptionally aromatic, silky eau de vie - a clear, honest snapshot of the orchard in bottle.
