Oliver's Nachmelena Hruska Perry
Nachmelena Hruska is made by co fermenting Herefordshire perry pear varieties from the 2023 harvest with wort produced in the style of a Czech svetly lezak, using Czech grown barley and Fuggles hops. After six months of bottle conditioning, it develops a smooth character that suits pairing with roasted chicken, creamy cheeses or lightly spiced dishes.
- Aromas of ripe orchard pear, soft florals and gentle hop freshness.
- Tasting notes of creamy pear depth, light malt character and subtle herbal hop lift.
- Finish is clean, lightly bitter and smoothly rounded.
