Neige Ice Cider is a distinctive Canadian ice cider made from apples grown in Quebec's cold climate. The apples are harvested at peak maturity before winter cold naturally concentrates their sugars, acids and aromas.
The concentrated juice undergoes a slow fermentation, creating a rich but naturally fresh dessert cider. The result balances intense apple sweetness with bright acidity and a clean, persistent finish.
