Mount Gay Master Blender Collection Coffey Still Expression is the first rum release from the newly recommissioned still. Ageing in charred bourbon casks for four years.
On the nose, it opens with bright notes of ripe bananas and pineapples, mingling with a hint of toasted oak. The palate is a symphony of flavours, caramelised nuts, creamy vanilla, and subtle dried fruits come together in perfect harmony. It's smooth, rich, and complex, with a delicate touch of spice that lingers on a warm, satisfying finish.
