The first release in a new annual cask series between Mossburn Whisky and Foursquare Rum. This whisky starts its journey ageing for 12 years in ex-bourbon casks. Then transferring into ex-Foursquare rum casks for the reminder of its maturation period.

This whisky makes a versatile companion to a variety of rich, flavour-forward dishes. Its deep toffee and spice notes pair well with slow-cooked pork belly, chargrilled chicken with Caribbean seasoning, or aged hard cheeses.
For dessert, try it with banana tarte tatin or dark chocolate and orange tart to complement the whisky’s tropical undertones. A powerful after-dinner dram, it also suits sipping slowly on its own, allowing each layer of flavour to unfold.
