Mondoro Elderflower is a fresh and floral Italian aperitivo created around carefully selected elderflowers and an aromatic blend of botanicals. The elderflowers bring delicate floral and honeyed notes, while the botanical blend adds fresh, lightly spicy character and aromatic depth.
- The nose is fragrant and expressive, with elderflower, honeysuckle and fresh citrus alongside subtle herbal notes.
- On the palate, soft floral sweetness is balanced by fresh botanical flavours and gentle citrus. Ripe pear and light tropical fruit add further richness.
- The finish is clean and refreshing, with lingering elderflower, fresh herbs and a delicate citrus character.
Bottled at 14% ABV, Mondoro Elderflower is designed particularly for the Hugo Spritz, where Prosecco and soda lift its floral character.
