Macallan Harmony Collection 6 Inspired By Fresh Coconut Whisky

This is the sixth and concluding release in The Macallan Harmony Collection, presenting a distinctive single malt inspired by a flavour rarely found in The Macallan’s whisky profile. Bottled at 46.3% ABV, it brings together fresh coconut, vibrant citrus and tropical fruit with layers of vanilla, sweet oak and gentle spice.

The whisky’s unusual coconut character is drawn from carefully selected sherry-seasoned American oak casks, where naturally occurring oak lactones contribute distinctive coconut aromas and flavours. Complemented by bourbon cask maturation, the result is a bright, indulgent and contemporary expression that balances tropical richness with The Macallan’s signature oak-led complexity.

The release also continues the collection’s focus on sustainability, with its presentation box incorporating discarded coconut fibres, giving waste materials a new purpose.

• Fresh coconut and zesty lime lead into lemon, orange, mango and papaya, layered with vanilla, almond, sweet oak and subtle nutmeg and cinnamon.
• Sweet lime and lemon combine with vanilla sponge, desiccated coconut and coconut milk, supported by icing sugar, sweet oak and dried tropical fruit.
• Bright and expressive, with lingering coconut and floral honey creating a soft, fragrant finish.
