Long Country Chardonnay

This chardonnay is picked in Chile’s central valley and has peachy tropical fruit flavours, a lively acidity, and is subtle and refreshing. It is well rounded white wine with a balanced finish and would be perfect served with pan-fried fresh fish in a butter or creamy sauce.

Chile is over 2,670 miles long, a flight from Edinburgh to Baghdad or San Francisco to New York, but its width never exceeds 150 miles, so no other country can be described as the long country.
