Little Pomona Peut-Etre Still Cider is a blend of Dabinett and Michelin apples, inspired by the Raison d'Etre Cider made by Ross Cider & Perry. Both varietals are pressed and fermented together. Both Dabinett and Michelin are high in tannin, so to offset this, Little Pomona matured it in some ex-red wine barrels. The cider developed and softened bautifully in barrel, resulting in a super juicy, fruit-forward showcase of these two varietals.

• Sweet flowers and spiced apple pie on the nose
• Candied apricot, vanilla, clove, peach and wine gums on the palate.
• Soft tannins give nice weight and a rounded mouthfeel to this cider
