Little Pomona Orange Cider
Made from a single variety of Dabinett apples grown in Burrell's Meadow Orchard, this cider is spontaneously fermented before being transferred to neutral oak barrels for a year. Inspired by skin-contact white wines, it then spends a further year under cork.
- Aromas of perfume, flowers, and ripe yellow fruit.
- Taste of juicy peach, fragrant spice, and sweet herbs with lively acidity.
- Finish of fine tannins, balanced acidity, and lingering fruit.
Pairs particularly well with hearty vegetarian dishes, cheeses, and barbecue.
