Little Pomona Kingston Black Sparkling Cider is, in the view of business owners James & Susanna, one of the few cider apples that can truly succeed as a single varietal cider. It has a natural balance of fruit, tannin, acid and sugars. The Kingston Black apples are farmed by a friend, Robin, at nearby Hill Farm.

This cider is unaged, so as retain its freshness and purity of fruit, and bottle conditioned before release to give a fine sparkle.
