Little Pomona Hard Rain Quince

Made in Herefordshire using quince pomace from a second pressing, this drink follows a traditional ciderkin approach, with water added before spontaneous fermentation to create a light and refreshing style.

Produced from organically grown Vranja and Meeches Prolific quince and bottled as a pet nat, it offers a naturally low alcohol, gently sparkling character with no added sulphites.

  • Aromas of floral quince, light tropical notes, and fresh orchard character.
  • Taste of bright fruit, soft citrus, and a lively refreshing profile.
  • Finish of crisp, clean, and lightly sparkling with a dry refreshing edge.
